Call Quote Pilot organizes call-intent requests by category, location, urgency, and consent before any provider follow-up path is used.
Routing inputs
- Call category, such as plumbing, HVAC, roofing, water damage, or pest control.
- ZIP/postal code and urgency.
- Preferred contact method and optional phone number.
- Consent language accepted before submission.
- Campaign-specific restrictions documented before a live routing slot is enabled.
The model supports calls, forms, and transfers when a network campaign explicitly allows the traffic source and geography.
